Dr Chef VK(Vinothkumar) is of Tirunelveli native. He was born and brought up in a middle-class family in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Dr. Chef Vinoth Kumar has always had an ardent passion towards Carving and Culinary industry which he developed into his career path. His hardworking nature and quest for knowledge have rewarded him with success in leaps and bounds that he is now among the renowned and top-ranked chefs in India, holds 6 world records.

He strongly believes that “encouragement” is the key factor of motivation! Comments, Reviews and Corrections from expert hands have shaped up his career and he does the same to his fellow students and followers.

Dr Chef VK(Vinothkumar) is multi-faced he serves as the CEO/Chief Trainer of Sai Institutions. He is exclusively known for his live carving sessions where he carves out exemplary displays out of Fruits, Vegetables, Ice Carving, Butter Sculpture, Chocolate Carving, etc. He also hosts a number of culinary shows in the Television Media and Judges various Cookery competitions. So far, he has trained 17,000+ students in the culinary / viscom / fashion industry..
